Easily Collect all of your Guests Photos!

Use a QR Code and WeDuploader

I wish I had known about this service when I got married a couple years ago! At our ceremony our officiant took a selfie with us and then had everyone else standup and take selfie with my bride and myself in the background. So around 100 different photos. A super fun idea! Shortly after our wedding I started seeing photos from our wedding pop up on Instagram. But we barely received any of those from our guests.

Here is a way to make it easy for your guests to upload all the photos they take to one place and best of all it’s FREE.

Step 1: Get Your Free Account
You’ll need a Google email address to create an account with WedUploader because you’ll give them access to your Google Drive. You can use your current email, but it could be really helpful just to have a unique email related to your wedding. You’ll find it easier to keep all your planning more organized.

Step 2: Organize Your Photo Folders

If you just want photos from the wedding, you might only want one folder. But if you want to collect photos from your wedding shower, rehearsal dinner, or bachelorette party you’ll need to make individual folders for each event. Then you’ll just need to make sure your guests have the link to each occasion.

Step 3: Create QR Code and Share with Guests

Since WedUploader will work from any device all you need is a simple way to get your guests access to your folders. One really easy way is with a QR code. You can create free QR Codes using QR Code Monkey. Then just print that QR code on wedding items such as programs, cocktail napkins, reception dinner menus, etc!

Once your guests upload photos you’ll find them waiting for you in your Google Drive! Now you’ll have your wedding photographers pics, plus lots of candid memories provided by your guests!
