Winter Wonderland Engagement Photo Session

This engagement session was rained out and rescheduled once. A month later and our second photography attempt wasn’t looking much better as we all woke up to gross sleeting rain. Elizabeth and I jumped on the phone – I in Atlanta and her and Nick in Athens, GA. We agreed to just start driving North in hopes of finding some snow!

While on the way I called up my dear friend Melody, the owner of Mountain Laurel Farm in Cleveland, GA and asked her if we could crash her property and make some #snowgood photo magic happen.

Not only did Melody allow us to photograph on her farm she even helped by making floral arrangements and some design! She’s always been extremely hospitable to me and my previous clients.

No Shoes, No problem (at least for me)

One other thing worth mentioning is how Lizzie was a champ and walked around with open-toe blinging heels on in the snow for at least a solid hour after her original wardrobe change! High five to champions!
