The Sacred Ceremony at St. Barbara Egyptian Orthodox Church

Christine and Mena traveled with their families and bridal party to St. Barbara Egyptian Orthodox Church in Franklin, Tennessee, for their wedding ceremony. Rooted in deep tradition, the Coptic Orthodox liturgy is filled with rich symbolism—crowns, prayers, and blessings that speak to the sacred union of husband and wife.

Walking into the church, guests were greeted by the warmth and the voices of family gathered together in faith. One of the sweetest details was the procession of flower girls—an adorable train of little ones who brought smiles to everyone’s faces before the bride made her entrance.

Christine looked radiant in her gown, standing beside Mena as they exchanged vows surrounded by heritage, faith, and community.
